Lebanese Political Figure Lauds Iran’s Role in Axis of Resistance
Speaking in a meeting with Iranian Cultural Attaché in Lebanon Seyed Komeyl Baqerzadeh, Sheikh Jabri said Iran is the top member of the axis of resistance.
In light of the guidelines of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Iran is facing threats with resistance and steadfastness, he added.
Sheikh Jabri also hailed Iran’s accomplishments and victories against the world arrogance, Zionism and reactionary regimes.
During the meeting, the Iranian official and the Lebanese political figure discussed regional developments and cultural and intellectual issues.
They underlined the need for efforts to realize common Islamic goals, especially in terms of promoting the teachings of Islam.
They said this should be done based on unity and Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice.
The axis of resistance refers to Iran, Syria, and a number of other countries as well as Hezbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and other resistance groups in the region.
